This Willys Jeep came to us disassembled and scattered across a truckload of assorted boxes. After sifting through the bits and pieces, we dove in and began tackling the extensive list of body mods the owner was after.

The chassis was originally a mail truck frame that has been boxed and strengthened and fitted with upgraded leaf springs. There’s a Dana 30 in the front and a Dana 44 in the rear, both equipped with ARB lockers, Wilwood brakes, and Fox shocks. At each end of the differentials sits a 35” tire on a 17” wheel.

Power for the Willys is provided by a supercharged 4.3 liter Chevrolet V6 mated to a Turbo 350 and running through a 300 series transfer case.
